Though we’re a relatively new biotech company, we’re solidly grounded in the proven management principles and practices of our much larger parent, DONG Energy. We’ve learned the imperatives of teamwork and team-building, of collaboration and empowerment. As engineers, we value order, structure, and discipline in our work. As managers, we’re collegial and supportive.

Our parent made us independent so we can also be nimble, flexible, ready to embrace change, open to new ideas. And free to try our wings.

We’re having a great time and getting real satisfaction from seeing our clean energy efforts come to fruition in places like Kalundborg.  We hope we’re making Inbicon a great place to reinvent how work works.
